About Craig
Craig has extensive experience in commercial and consumer litigation, acting for a wide range of clients—from individuals and SMEs to larger corporate entities. He delivers clear, strategic advice throughout the litigation process, combining legal expertise with a strong commercial focus.
Craig regularly appears in sheriff courts across Scotland and before the Scottish Tribunals dealing with all aspects of defended litigation including conducting proofs (civil trials), debates, and other contentious hearings. He works closely with clients to develop and implement effective collections, litigation, and enforcement strategies, tailored to their specific commercial objectives.
Craig has a particular interest in property litigation (both commercial and residential) and insolvency litigation, and collaborates regularly with insolvency practitioners and sheriff officers to maximise recoveries. He is also experienced in handling complex commercial disputes and is committed to delivering pragmatic, cost-effective solutions.
Craig is a member of the Scottish Association of Landlords and the Property Litigation Association and an associate member of the Association of Business Recovery Professionals (R3).
