Philip studied at Glasgow University, graduating in 2011 with his LL.B (Hons) and Diploma in Legal Practice. Philip trained in criminal litigation before moving on to specialise in commercial and civil litigation. Philip has significant advocacy experience having conducted numerous proofs and tribunals across Scotland, including licensing, debt recovery, sequestration and regulatory matters.
Philip also has an interest and expertise in mental health law, in particular guardianship orders. Philip is able to guide clients in relation to obtaining orders that are best suited to them and their family’s needs.
