Stuart qualified in 1980, joined Holmes Mackillop in the same year and became a Partner in 1983.

In addition to his many years' experience in Corporate and Commercial Law, Stuart has an interest and considerable expertise in Charity Law in Scotland and acts for a significant number of charities both large and small.
